Herman is a hermit crab who first appeared in Densetsu no Stafy. He is a chill guy, who lives good, and lives well.
His home is the quiet coastal waters of Gluglug Lagoon, where he raises a school of unique fish, called Coddies.
His soft, red body is covered with a colorful conch shell, hand painted By Konk, however, his large shell obscures his body in shadow.
Herman is the older brother of Herbert, who lives in Skydye Heights.
Herman is also the Nephew of Old Man Lobber.
